It's definitely a historic building in a historic area and trump should be getting permission from the National Trust for Historic Preservation just to name one organization with governing authority.

But of course trump thinks he is above it all and he's claiming he only needs approval for construction, not destruction.

He should also be getting approval from the National Capital Planning Commission. He's not legally bound to get their approval but until trump, they have ALWAYS been a part of the process.

The god damn Supreme Court really stuck it up EVERYONE'S asses when granted this turd virtually unlimited immunity. I guess they aren't very "supreme" after all since the addition of Cry baby Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch, and Barret...throw in a dose of Clarence Thomas and Roberts, and a pinch of Samuel Alito and VOILA they all got together and said hey, why don't we give the worst president EVER total immunity!!! Done deal folks!
