RE: Will Nomai Win??

Alright. i am pretty sure i got most people's attention. <g>
Judging by the momentum of wins by Nomai, it feels like they will some how get around this patent suit also. What do you all think? Though i am an IOM bull and have confidence in their growth, they don't get much respect in these law suits and seem to be loosing most of them. Is there any history of these patent suits wins/losses for the industry. i know that Motorola last their patent case against QCOM sometime back for the Qphone of Qcom. Few years back AMD won against Intel. Anyone has more insights?

But i think losing this won't hurt IOM just like AMD didn't hurt Intel. In fact, Zip will become more and more popular with these cases since everyone will start to think of that as a standard. But IOM might take a short term beating if they lose this case. If they win, IOM won't be in single digits after that. (lawsuit may be holding the stock from joining the rally now)

opinions??
