Yes, that's the 2-pc. set is at $198. Not sure if that's USD or CD.

Canada used to have no tariffs on China-made goods prior to their entry into the WTO. I think it changed after that.

The US always had normal tariffs on Chinese goods like any other country the US imported from, averaging around 2% overall until this year.

Most of the products I imported from China averaged around 6% tariffs.
