I guess we need to focus on two variables; future earnings and P/E ratio. Doesn't 30 seem reasonable for a P/E ratio given the growth rate and attractive GM that this stock experiences? There there is the question of earnings. Todd has given us his estimates and we know he has a history of being on the low side <g> so what is realistic?

Certainly the current price is not in line with any reasonable earnings estimate or P/E evaluation. Even though it sure takes some getting used to, I think that we are moving into an entirely new price regime.

Some guesses...

At $29.5, THQI's PE is less than 22, while institution holding is still low, there is lots of room for the panic buyers, momentum buyers and new institutions to get in. We should see a few more new 52 weeks highs before serious profit taking. It could be as early as Friday but I suspect early next week. If the market cooperate, tomorrow we should see $33. I don't think most of the shorters covered today because anyone who courage enough to short THQI must be a newbie (!!) and they tend to wait for the "pull-back" to cover. But the squeeze won't help THQI a lot since Jan short interest is less than 200K and volume today is already more than 2M!

Hopefully we will hear more new coverages of THQI.
