That professor has never appeared on Fox or another other TV channel AFAIK.

FYI, between 85 and 95% of trial lawyers are Democrats based on credible polling.

Professor Rubenfeld has never appeared on fox or any other channel to discuss any of the trump trials. That piece appeared on his price YouTube Channel. There was zero evidence of political or trump pro or con learning in his analysis.

Reality is no competent lawyer would make the argument that legal fees paid to an attorney should,ever be described as anything other legal fees in a general ledger. I cannot imagine circumstances where a lawyer would be okay with that given the steps CPA are (well) advised to take to prevent financial from being seized by lawyers or others trying to get data to use against a client in a legal action.

It would be utter incompetence to allow something that stupid to happen. Good way for the CPA to get sued himself.
