James capital is recommeding the stck with a target of $4 in 1 year.
Why havent they been buying the stock over the last week, and are holding a tiny position over the last year?

G:

There is absolutely nothing that Bunting knows about us that the market doesn't know. And anything the market doesn't know lies in the area of normal course business confidences. There's nothing hidden. Nothing to find out. Whether they are "dumping" our shares or there is some negative message going out there, I don't know. If so, it's not based on fact. They have not called here and I've not spoken with anyone there. As far as I've seen, there are a lot more firms that have net Buy positions than there are net Sellers.

I've also been told that Rick Rule, for example, has said he doesn't think we're going to perform. Again, if that is an accurate reflection of his view, it's NOT based on anything he knows. Moreover, as has happened with a few other letter writers out there in the past -- much to my frustration -- he hasn't talked with us or asked any questions about the properties or said to us: "This is why I'm not recommending YRI. Prove me wrong."

For what it's worth, if EVERYONE were on the same side of the fence, we'd be off the charts. In this market, the odds of (blindly) calling an exploration company down are a lot better than they would be in forecasting a break-out. It's like the geologists from major companies which have looked at Santa Cruz and said there's nothing interesting there: some are objective; some have strongly recommended a JV on the project, but were turned down at the corporate level; some don't know what they're looking at (since not all geologists are created equal, any more than all VP Corp. Dev. are created equal); and some simply don't want to buy into anything they can't take credit for.

I hope this helps.

Greg
