not only the memory, but the rest of it. more tops than nvidia, more memory, and lower power.

the lower power means a much lower operating cost in the server market. It might be as huge as the other innovations.

In 2026, NVidia will have Rubin and AMD will have Mi450, I believe both with ~400 GB of HBM memory.

I have seen a diagram (on Twitter, can't find it again) showing at least Mi450 memory controller having ability to also use LPDDR5, in addition not instead of HBM.
