I wrote three state plans cutting and pasting-lol.

A friend tells the story of when I was writing the states EMS plan saying while in the department's library:" it is all here, I just need to find it"-lol.

I cut and paste to provide a clearer picture of reality, or make my point.

I also cut and past some ideas that need to be changed for different threads.

The correctness of the point, and to whom I post it, is the goal, and is what is important, not the method.

A post should be judged on its merits.
