Products: Sometimes live up to mgt claims, more often not, but then it's all relative to competition.

Problem is the competitions products do work. They may not be as effective in marketing their success, but sooner or latter you have to pony up with products that work. This is particularly true with Internet technology where if you want to play it better work. Or you can try and play by selling an architecture (like ORCL) and hope others share your vision. IMHO it is better to provide open solutions which can play in many architectures.
