Observer,
I could tell you but then, of course, I would have to kill you!

I'm flattered that you think I know so much, but I'm just reading between the lines like most everyone else. With everyone speculating that a sale is close at hand, I was just looking for a hole in the theory. That's when I remembered about the CFO and wondered how he fits into the picture.

imho, the only thing holding this stock up is the idea that they'll be sold. If they decide to go it alone, then I think most current shareholders will make a quick exit. Sounds like legalized gambling to me!

btw, I do not work for Nine. Never have, never will nor do I know anyone at the company. At one time they had an excellent product and that's what sucked me in back in '95 and I've been averaging down ever since. It worked for US Robotics but I've been bitten by Nine. So I'd love to see a sale but I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch (even if Easter is just around the corner)!
