Zonagen accelerates its price decline.

The following is excerpted from the Manuel Asensio report on Zonagen:

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Zonagen was founded to develop an alternative to the surgical spaying of cats and dogs. Based on the prospects for a "genetically engineered vaccine that could replace surgical spaying," Zonagen was able to arrange a IPO through Reich & Company, Inc. Zonagen never developed or sold any such product. On April 14, 1994, Zonagen acquired certain rights related to phentolamine from Dr. Adrian Zorgniotti and Gamogen, Inc. Zonagen owns no pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity. As of September 30, 1997,Zonagen had accumulated losses of over $41.4 million. These losses have been funded through a series of stock offerings. Zonagen has never received approval or announced a filing of an NDA for any drug.

<<Sorry Jim. You're wrong (as usual). My analysis of this company is 100% correct. I didn't make any "unrealistic assertions".>>

Bill,

Your assertion was that the steps necessary to cook a hamburger in the oven were those that were in fact necessary for reprogramming the oven. The reprogramming process included the entering of a PIN code and a dozen or so other menu selectable inputs from which the new settings are programmed. Your post tried to influence your readers here to believe that this long and drawn out process was for general cooking and therefore this oven cold not possibly be successful (based upon your characterization).

In fact, the very same webpage that you cited has the general use instructions placed well ahead of the reprogramming chapter and those same general use instructions are about as difficult as the public use microwaves in the neigborhood Quik-Trip.

You may say that I am wrong but in fact on this issue I am right. I have no personal interest whatsoever in this company or their product but I am interested in revealing your flawed thinking in this public forum whenever you tout fiction as fact for your own personal gain.

Bill, I think you are a liar and your intentions are low. I think you will stop at nothing to further your personal cause in the markets and I feel strongly enough about it to rebut your nonsense. You may be dead on with this and other stocks but statements that are falsehoods and misrepresentations are mere lies and I will have no hesitation to point out your lies to your faithful followers here.

Jim
