I am going by the meme you posted. It seems to imply that women have children and men don't. Given that sole postulate, it is reasonable to assume that childless people are men. Not the only one, but logical. To narrow it further requires more assumptions. Modifying the postulate to "are capable of" doesn't solve the problem because not all people bearing only XX chromosomes have that capability.

Besides, some transmen are not only capable of, but have actually born children.
