The old laptop I'm posting this from is still running Win 7. I bought it as a refurb, years ago, for a couple hundred bucks and I'll keep using it as long as it functions..

If I had a 70 year old Chevy or a 60 year old Mustang or even a 100 year old Model T, I could still get every part needed to keep them on the road or easily restore them. Why should phones, PCs, TVs etc. become obsolete and need replacing every couple of years?
