REE - nothing has changed. Even if China removed all its sales restrictions they could not supply the worlds needs which are increasing annually.
There is an incredible amount of speculation and manipulation going on in the REE markets- they will settle down - before or after a market dump is the question - AI could well be quite over rated - which to some extent is why the DOW is where it is.
