Didn't know you own these. I bought an oversized position during Covid and have these at $7.88/share. They have been paying dividends and who knows if these get paid off at PAR if the PE group refinances the debt. DONOT elect to convert to shares as it will be a loser.

The SOHOB +44.94% trading at 11.54x ADV. Could the Private Equity group been buying all of these preferred in the months prior to today's announcement (can buy these at a deep discount to PAR at $11/share) knowing they will pay these off when they refinance all the debt?

I scanned all the disclosures and large Buys and nothing comes up for any of the SOHO preferreds.

I will hold, collect my Nov 2025 dividend and watch to see if these trade at/above $20/share
