I think a more appropriate description would be that FAMH made a forward looking statement that did not materialize as expected. Granted, they had full control over the forward looking statement! I want to see the audited financials as much as the next person, so I don't like the delays either. But I certainly wouldn't say the company is lying (which I inferred you meant that FAMH had a malicious intent to decieve) to the shareholders without more definitive proof. (Personally, I don't think they are lying, so I am not worrying about it too much.) -Dave

Andrew, LOL! If people stopped responding to YOUR postings, then the lurkers, fence sitters, newbies and wannabees would have only YOU to believe... And THAT can be a dangerous thing. I dont think the company has come out and blatantly lied to the shareholders. We are all human beings and there should be some slack for that. Things change. Now, I agree that the company hasnt been exactly forthcoming and exact with information. But until they hire an experience mouthpiece and become a REPORTING company, I wouldnt exactly lose any sleep or "pick" at every detail or straw. Andrew, maybe we should nominate YOU in charge of releases. Have to go now. My date will be here any moment. Jane:-)
