I posted about that on this board when AMD hired the key personnel, and wondered what would become of the company. They had customers and products. Looks to me like a corporate takeover, but structured to walk away from all liabilities?

I would think that any entities that got the short end of that deal could sue AMD, or at least sue the former officers
