Bill, ICE agents are civil servants enforcing congressionally approved laws in a constitutional republic—not tyrants. They go around kidnapping anyone that looks illegal, Bill. They never display warrants. They don't identify themselves. They have to meet an arrest quota of 3,000 per day. Their entire strategy is to arrest anyone that "looks" illegal, then let the courts figure it all out. That's why, in their sweeps, they ended up rounding up thousands of LEGAL immigrants as well as 170 U.S. citizens to date: We Found That More Than 170 U.S. Citizens Have Been Held by Immigration Agents.
