They are listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), which has relatively low listing requirements, making it a highly speculative company. They also recently clarified that their potential Nasdaq listing is not moving forward. The company stated that they are still “evaluating” the option and have not submitted any application, meaning the plan is effectively on hold for now.
