It was stupid situation. It was presented as "Surrender or suicide" - direct quote from Wizard of OZ where Wicked Witch tells Dorothy "Surrender or Die". The plot is totally moronic 1. You don't know if it's really nuclear missile. If it is, there is no way to save Chicago - no matter what president decides. 2. How do you going retaliate if you have no idea who launched the missile? Hit Russia, China and North Korea? If you do it, you will get response from all of them, and world goes to hell. Normal president would just wait to find out who did it, and if if it's really nuke before decision on strike. Don't ask me what would president Trump do. We have 3 more years of this nightmare.
