Touchstone Exploration update from Central Block

Here is a ChatGPT calculation with a projection on the impact that the four planned wells,
if successful, will have on TXP in 2026 - 27 .TXP has estimated that the first well, Carapal Ridge 3
will flow at 10,000 mcf / d . The ChatGPT projection is using 5000 mcf /d for each of the four
wells drill in progression over the course of the next 9 months and producing at the approximate
same rates that each of the original four Central Block wells are still flowing at, after over a decade
of prouduction.

Geophysics shows a high probablility of hitting producing structures. The drill rig will be onsite
in the
next week or two and spudding of Carapal Ridge 3 should occur in mid November.

If the fours wells are successfully drilled this would be a transitional event for Touchstone by August 2026.

CEO Paul Baay has recently stated in response to shareholders questions that the current production
from Central Block has now reached 23,000 mcf / d as of last weekend, with re-work completed on the
four operating wells. Any production over the contracted 22,000 mcf / d will receive the current
world LNG pricing which is currently hovering above US$11.00 / mcf ... See below for pricing details.

The current pricing for the first 22,000 mcf / d from the Central Block still has a Henry Hub component
in the pricing. Current pricing for the first 22,000 mcf / d is in the US $5.00 range with around
US$2.00 expense paid for processing and transport costs at the Pont Fortin Atlantic LNG plant. For any
production above the 22,000 mcf / d, TXP will receive current world LNG pricing based on the following,
less the approximate US$2.00 / mcf for processing and transport fees for the Atlantic LNG facility :

".... In the past the price for LNG being exported from T&T was linked to Henry Hub prices, however
the revised pricing formula for T&T LNG exports is now based on one third JKM, one third TTF and
one third the Brent oil price benchmark...."

Paul Baay has stated that the natural gas production from the Central Block also gets stripped for
propane and butane at the Atlantic LNG facility so they receive different payments for LNG and other products.
