That's what we'll find out. There's been too much noise about paying off long paper in crypto or extending maturities in the past (somebody must've told the head creditor to shut up recently) that many lenders are/will be having doubts about lending at 4.5% for thirty years.

As for alternatives, shorter duration, Euros, some combination of EM debt. Of course, if you're an insurance company matching maturities to actuarial payouts, long-dated paper is fine. You don't care if grieving widow finds her million dollar settlement buys a cup of coffee.
