Hi, Marty. Nice to see you.

Thanks for your comments.

Don't make assumptions about my situation in regard to this stock.

Linda

Marty--
you'll do better in vegas Interesting choice of a phrase...did you happen to note where Cayce appears to be based out of? :-)

I may be assuming a lot, but the geographical distance between Las Vegas and Texas leads me to believe that Oilex and Cayce are not in cahoots. Also, It appears to me that Cayce is scooping up small oil companies like Oilex with wild abandon.

Cayce likely is aware that Oilex management is holding over 50% of the company's shares close to its vest. So, rather than attempt a takeover (did Oilex reject a bid? I suspect as much), Cayce is buying a position in the company and a spot on the board, if it can get it.

Considering that the capitalization of Oilex is ~$1.5mm right now, the 15 to 20% position that Cayce wants will be dirt cheap. What Cayce wants to do, your guess is as good as mine.

I suspect that Linda caught the news and is debating whether or not to invest in Oilex...you have to admit, the stock may be a good short-term play for the next few days.

Interesting development...

Cheers!
Rick
