We just need to run a 'regular guy.' I suppose that would be why Dems ran with Tim Walz, Republicans really smeared him up good.' So it needs to be a relatable no-baggage guy/pair with a brilliant realtime debate and interview brain. Someone who is probably free from message over-management by consultants. Not afraid answer questions while avoiding traps. The pressure to go left will be as great as the pressure to come to the right. Neither movement will understand the other and it will be wasted noise. It's gonna take a JFK - young, brash, in-touch with culture, probably ex-military hero, sharp smart tongue when necessary. Might mean swallowing hard with a Liz Cheney or Kinzinger on the ticket. Probably not one (or two) of the "usual suspects."
