RE: GOOG

I'm not opposed to dividend stocks, I just don't want to research individual stocks any longer. I find researching funds less time consuming and much more interesting than pouring over quarterly reports, earnings calls, etc. Stock research began to bore me and ETFs/CEFs keep my interest.

All the stocks you mentioned are held in many of my ETFs, some even create great cashflows while holding those positions. Others hedge positions like those, some also hold autocallable notes from those positions although I don't hold that particular ETF but I hold a similar fund.

I feel like I broadened my investment horizon moving away from strictly stocks.

RE: GOOG

I thought I would follow up on the comment regarding holding growth stocks.
I would hazard a bet that I hold a larger percentage of these type stocks than the average DGI investor. Most of my funds are just holding SPY and QQQ. Below are the top holdings of SPY and QQQ respectively. I also have growth ETFs such as SPMO, SCHG, GRNY, IYW that hold substantial amounts.
