I continue to believe that the biggest values in the AI(whatever one wants to call it) build out is the need to power the internet and store the amount of data currently being generated and generated going forward. Those storage needs and power needs are being multiplied by orders of magnitude. Companies like the mag 7, banks, brokerages et al absolutely must be online, no downtime, and no lag in some cases. Data Center Dynamics is a good source for the information.
