Northam, It's baked into the liberal colleges/universities which produce over 90% of the lawyers. We need to get rid of the requirement to be a judge you have to have a law degree. That's too funny. Law degrees are "too liberal." Therefore we need judges that don't have law degrees. I bet you also think med schools are also "too liberal," and that you prefer doctors that don't have an M.D. Tenchusatsu
