Re: FLC Price Drop

Hi mph.

Volume up 2.8X Avg today; much more than any other driller I'm watching. Block Trades: 2/24=150k, 100k. 2/25=518k. Looks like somebody's selling, But Who, and Why? I sure don't know if it's opportunity knocking or the wolf at the door.

I don't claim to know the ins and outs of these things, but it occurred to me that RB + FLC's Combination became effective 12/31/97, and there is ~47% Insider ownership. Is it possible that some time limit has expired opening a window for insider sales?

If there is some non-bad-news reason for this selling, it could present us with an artificially depressed price at the perfect time.

mph, please do post what you hear from FLC.

best regards,

diana

Sort of <<OFF TOPIC>>

".. I found the company home page and e-mailed to investor relations regarding projected earnings announcement date and whether there are any company-specific problems. ..."

mph, Yesterday I saw FLC's IR E-Mail address on their homepage; This morning they've removed it from the site! What did you write to them?? It must have been awful!!<G>

best regards,

diana
