I was under the impression that the yearly limit for contributions to a Roth was only $7,000. How are you able to add $7,200? Just trying to understand and if I can add more myself would like to know how.

Thanks for clarifying that to me, just trying to make sure I'm not leaving money on the table. I see they have announced the 2026 limits and it rises to $7,500 per year and $8,600 for those over 50.
