The whole purpose of my efforts is to confirm the float in certificate form and to stop the illegal activities in the OTC market. This action is to protect all verified RMIL shareholders investments. I am only adding confirmed CERTIFICATED shareholders and not those claiming to have ordered their certificates in name or CFO (IRA name) format! Everyone has had plenty of time to get their shares.
