Angelo: It looks like Orbital inherited this Clark program by default when they acquired CTA. I am sure Orbital was aware of this less than impeccable project going in. From the looks of it Orbital probably didn't want this 'thing' renewed anyway with the cost overruns and other problems.They must have their reasons to acquire CTA inspite of it.

If today's market action is any indication, the investors certainly don't think it is a big event of any consequence.My personal opinion (inspite of its questionable value <gg>) is that this event is insignificant and has no meaningful implication-pro or con-to Orbital. Anybody agrees with me or not?????
