I started tracking positions in Carrier Global Corp (CARR) +4.4% from my buys (3 buys in mid October) and Smith A.O. Corp (AOS) +0.2% (2 Buys in late October) to gain exposure in their large facility Div that supplies equipment to the Data Centers.

Also a small tracking position in Idex Corp (IEX) +6% from my buy on 10/13 that also has some exposure to Data Center build. Idex Corp has a relevant exposure to AI data centers through its flow meter products used for fluid and cooling management within those facilities.

My basic metric is their 2 year forward CAGR. CARR is 21%-24%; AOS is much lower at 3.8% - 5%; and IEX is 15-20%.

-----------------------------------------------------

Maybe AOS & CARR could see more business from residental HVAC systems as interest ratres come down, but so far I see no increase in that segment of their business.

I will give these until the end of the year and may close out AOS and put the proceeds into IEX betting on the reversion to the 5 year mean price of $220/share.
