Also the bigger the installation the more problems it potentially creates for responding firefighters if that structure ever catches fire. That was a big issue at some warehouse-sized building that caught fire in the Philly area the other year. I forget where exactly it was, would have to look up, but their giant rooftop solar array caused problems and delays in properly putting out the blaze. Might have taken them 4x more time and 5x more responders to extinguish it.

Not anti-solar per se, it has its use in certain sunny places but not in high density areas on urban and suburban rooftops.
