If you have a company that is making money and can borrow cash, it makes great sense for them to buy back shares that are profoundly undervalued. The company may have secured the line of credit with company shares BUT that does not mean that any additional shares have been or will be issued.

Andrew, you are wrong. Both you, and little engine, seem to forget the cash flow that might be coming in from continuing operations and the cash flow that is starting to come in from their recent acquisitions.
The details of the when and how much stock was issued from what point, neither you nor I have the details on. I bet that if the company announced a buy-out from a bigger company at 2x current prices you would have something negative to say.

Jin. Pigs start your Bigger Engines.
