If you were going to combine the chips, you might just add a single chip servo, and then integrate it later. The servo chip needs to work 1st. Like C-Cube did with the CSS chip and ZiVA. When the integrated chip arrives, just blank the space on the same board design. Lower the OEM manufacturing cost and no need to redesign the board later.
