ICE deporting serious criminals

After the courts have found them guilty. Deportation in lieu of prison saves a lot of tax money. But they are few and far between. Outside of oligarchs, druglords and money launderers who flew in the very front of the plane to fancy digs in NYC and Miami, most of the rest are highly motivated folks who want to establish themselves in what used to be a reputable country. ICE thugs should neither arrest nor try them.

"I'll agree with you that procurement money is almost always very tight, except at the end of their fiscal year when unspent funds are found, then you're told that you can get almost anything you want

When I was at the VA, I got a few ventilators that way.
