My God, man! Are you trying to bring the wrath of Janice upon us? El Nino, El Shmino - a spring shower compared to the deluge we'd see. If you doubt me, just go and see what carnage the lovely Janice and her coven have visited upon the Boink thread.

We decided on the Denver area when we said no more moving. We like having seasons even if usually just summer and winter (sometimes on the same day).
