While I agree with you that women aren't the problem, I do believe the Democrats have a problem with all sort of the campaigns that come from Elect Democratic Women, even though they're often pushing male candidates. IMHO it's the wrong message. The message should be, Elect Democrats. I frankly believe their message turns people off, whether it's considered elite, or whatever, I don't believe it turns on that many women, but it may turn off others. We've had great politicians of both sexes, probably more so men as they were dominant well into the 20th Century, but brilliant women have had major positions all over the world. The Democrats have a wealth of both men and women leaders, we need a party that says what we stand for, just simply not Trump won't get the job done. Frankly I hate to say it, but if Trump just got the economy back to what he inherited from Biden, he'd claim tremendous success even if we went nowhere and made enemies of some of our closest allies, like Canada. Trump lives in a world where all is better since he came in office and sadly, many of his supporters believe them in spite of all the evidence against it. Sadly, if things do improve in the country, it's hard to say if we win back both, or even one, house of Congress. Today I believe we dominate, but that will only stand if we clearly say what we want to do, not that we're not Trump. Healthcare is certainly an area we should push, but I believe we should be pushing many others including alien reform. Take Trump at his word, he's fine with the gestapo tactics of ICE, don't fight ICE doing their jobs properly, but certainly not what they're doing today, but fight for the legislative reform that truly has ICE only arrest criminals with major crimes, not a driver with a ticket or accident after living here for years, or decades. Trump looks at our big cities and sees sewars. We need to show all the good things happening in many of the big cities. Show the mobs, the ones he's created that are peacefully saying No Kings. As an American, I hope things get better, but even if they do, the Democrats need a message about how much better it could be if legislation we support were passed. We can have a tremendous victory in a year if we have a message that's well received by the population, but not if it's simply, we're not Trump. Gary
