Tying JH"s salary to performance goals should have been the way to go-of course, I'm looking behind through Gentex' rear view mirror. Contrary to some who believe that his 600K salary is warranted, It already is tied to performance goals and determined by the board of directors. Two bankrupt licensees. Black SPD perhaps delaying some or just one production vehicle. Becoming chairman and getting top speaker spot allowing him to compare and contrast smart glass technologies. I was pleased that he got us through all that and that architecture and automobiles are still growing market and will become exponentially higher. I believed what he said as a shareholder. I get that people who waited a long time for profitability are frustated. But they have 3 choices, sell, hold or buy. As frustrating as this has been, I did not hear one thing in the call yesterdayt that would alter my decision. I'm a buyer. ND
