No, I don't pump iron...

it's a very huge and beautifully well maintained park with more than a dozen baseball fields, several soccer fields, several football fields, about 24 tennis courts, as many basketball courts, pickleball courts, and so on...

I walk the perimeter ever day, it's about 5 miles around...

I probably walk at least 100 miles each month...

It's the best exercise to maintain balance, endurance, and overall good health...

I go almost every day, with a light rain I take an umbrella...

The only exception are lightning storms, I stay at home for that...

I see the same people jogging, running, walking and so on every time I go...

We smile and greet each other and continue our workout...

When I get back home I spend about 5 minutes in the garage hitting the heavy bag...

I was trained in boxing when I was younger, hitting the heavy bag is a great way to improve stamina and it's a definite way to work the cardio...

I would prefer hitting the light bag but I could never find any light bag made well enough in any sporting goods store, so the heavy bag will do...
