Jin Chun,

Great statement! I am sure the IRS would like to know that Little Engine is calling them incompetent. The IRS treats such people very fairly, though, so Little Engine should not worry.

I greatly appreciate your comments and additions to this thread. I would like to outline the following for general comment on the state of FAMH given the naysayers (and I realize you never know until it happens) but:

1. FAMH is about to release audited earnings which should show their stock to be greatly undervalued.
2. The company has cash that they can use to purchase stock at the present price. The company may have already repurchaed some of that stock on the open marker - which is their option at any point in time.
3. The line of credit is tied to the share price so boosting the share price increases their borrowing power.

All actions by FAMH are consistent with a company that is on solid ground and is heading up.

To the naysayers, or those that may be shorting FAMH, you are about to lose your shirts!

Later, Leroyt

Jin,

I would just like to say that I hope this really works out for you as well as the rest of the FAMH shareholders. Like I have said in the past, I will not believe anything this company says unless I see it. They have treated all FAMH shareholders horribly! Now if this buy back really works out, it will be some payback, but not enough IMO.
You people deserve more for everything you've had to put up with!

Time will tell.

Good Luck to all!
