Manuka is used medically for treating pressure sores which is a surprising benefit from something like that. Raw honey would also work, but Manuka is considered the best. Cancer patients sadly often have to deal with those attending afflictions.

Slow or otherwise non-healing wounds very often respond to real honey. Even their pain decreases from it.

Costco has sold Manuka honey several years here. Small 17.6oz container 4-5yrs ago $56, on sale $45. Now $75-82..
