OT: I bought a gold Maple Leaf in 1985, after the crash from $1000/oz.
It did nothing, absolutely nothing for 15 yrs.
I gave it to my brother to hold for me, in his safe. Years later he died
and now my nasty sister in law has it, after it finally appreciated.

That's my gold story.

BTW, Bail-Ins are a real thing. After the 2008 GFC banks can take your accts. if they are in crisis.
