Their service has improved, but need more improvment on the time it takes them to ship parts to a customer location.
The upgrades they have been doing over the last 4-6 months have fixed all of their reliability issues and the lasers have been running even better than before.
The work I get from the field is their lasers are still far ahead of their competitors.
