Yes, but that's like saying pi can be represented by two "integers": 3 and 14159 Sure. Like I said, he is either dumbing it down for his audience, or it was dumbed down for him. An integer only AI pipeline would probably be very restricted as to the problems it addresses. Which might not be a bad thing, depending on how it is used. I don't think it would be useful for the vision part, too many subtle differences in interpreting vision. Maybe for path finding, though. Or it could just be Elon needing to baffle people with his bullshit.
