I was thinking about the AFL split as well. And yes, Aflac's most recent stock split was a 2-for-1 on March 19, 2018, which was its ninth split since 1974. Overall, Aflac has executed a rolling split multiple of 80:1 through these various splits. Interestingly, the last three splits in 1998, 2001, and 2018 have always been a 2-for-1.
So, if history teaches us something, I would expect a 2-for-1 split is coming soon.
