Q. Any thoughts on when it becomes a good short ?
A. I would first like to find out who controls the float.

Bill, I think that's a really good question, Who controls the float? but it's not an easy question to answer. I could call up Jennifer Montana, but I'm restrained by that pesky court order. But seriously, would anybody actually buy stock in this company as an investment? Virtually everybody involved must be an insider, a friend of the Lott's and/or Montana's or a wannabe.

Still $30M is $30M (market cap). I'm probably going to watch the chart and if it shows real weakness then maybe jump in to short a small number of shares. The volume is so low that it would be easy to manipulate, so if a sizeable short position ever came into existence it would be easy to squeeze.
