Russia did help destabilize Syria, which led to the immigration crisis in Europe. Putin also has meddled in European politics by funding extreme right parties which took advantage of the immigration problems. Russia has also been engaging in sabotage across the EU and has been cutting power and internet cables in the the Baltic and other places. So Tucker does not make good points. Just made up bullshit.
