if Canada reacts smartly Good luck with that. Between the Liberals in charge in Ottawa and the Indians now laying claim to the province formerly known as British Columbia and the granola chewing greenies currently running the show there, getting major energy projects approved and done in a timely fashion is probably a pipe dream.. Your prairie provinces might have better luck looking south to export (Keystone, etc) rather than east and west. The US is lucky to have Trump and Alaska to get things done and our greenie nitwits running WA, OR and CA can do nothing to stop it..
