China is an authoritarian dictatorship. Where do you want to live? Freedom isn't cheap. There are tradeoffs we have made. Perhaps they aren't the best, or they may even change. I'm referring to technology, engineering and manufacturing excellence. China has it in spades today. Especially in renewables. They are selling that to everyone in the world commanding that space. A much cheaper, cleaner energy that will power the entire world in just a few decades. The U.S. is still drilling holes in the ground going backwards burning fossil fuels.
